Anyone with a BT Openzone pricing plan that lets you roam internationally can get online in selected countries outside the UK – there’s potentially more than 35,000 hotspots worldwide for you to choose from!
Our coverage includes Australia and Asia, much of Europe and North and South America - with access in more places being added all the time.
BT Openzone subscribers can roam on all the partner networks in the countries shown below. BT Openzone 500 Americas or Europe voucher customers should refer to the listing on our voucher purchase page.
If you're unable to log off correctly when in a roaming partner hotspot, your account will stay open for a further 15 minutes before shutting down due to inactivity. You'll continue to be charged during this 'time out' period.

NTT Communications? You'll need to pass through an additional security measure and enter a WEP key – available by accessing 'My profile' when at a hotspot.
Charges for roaming in any EU country (including the UK) incur VAT. VAT does not apply for use in non-EU countries.

Recently, some of these partners have added hotspots within the UK as well. Use of your BT Openzone account at these hotspots continues to incur international roaming charges, and will be charged separately, as if you were abroad.
